Hi HSL, Thanks, I don't worry about trolls like Bill. I've learned not to be concerned when people shout out nastiness, while hiding safely in the darkness of the internet. It allows those with tad poles asses to have the mouths crocodiles.
As to the voice thing, I think any show that goes on ten years, its likely that the character's voice will change some what.Especially if it is a voice based in the higher registers. Double that if it's a voice that does a LOT of screaming. It happened to John's voice during the break between the first Ren and Stimpys and the Adult cartoon party. Just the wear and tear on the vocal chords changes the tone that comes out. But I think you'll be pleasantly surprised with season six and seven of ol' SB. We have some very funny shows coming up. I not saying that just to be supportive of the show. But because, if the shows can keep making us laugh through post production it's a good sign that they're funny. Hopefully they'll tickle your funny bone too. Have great 3 day weekend.
